These free videos are 3-9 minutes long and contain 1-2 postures or practices per video. They are a great way to start to get a feel for yoga or learn specific postures.

Under the video is information about the Sanskrit name, the known benefits of the posture as well as practice points and/or modifications that can be made.

Online Beginners Yoga Workshop

This workshop is designed to be a simple, complete and comprehensive program for beginners as well as those seeking a strong foundation for their home practice.

Students learn the basics of asana (the yoga postures), breathing techniques, philosophy and meditation over the course of 8 video classes. The classes run about 75-85 minutes long and each class builds upon the previous one. Options are given so that students are able to modify as needed and work at their own level.
